Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via Canada Post lettermail. We do not use courier services or tracked shipping. All packages are sent as untracked lettermail to keep shipping costs affordable.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your package weight and destination.
Canada:
- Rates range from standard to oversized letter mail
- Free shipping on orders $100 CAD and over
United States:
- Rates start at $3.25 USD
- Free shipping on orders $150 USD and over
International:
- Rates vary by destination and weight
- Calculated at checkout for 195+ countries worldwide
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United States: 10-21 business days
- International: 14-28 business days (may vary by country)
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Because we use untracked lettermail, we cannot provide specific delivery updates once your package has been mailed.
International (incl U.S.) Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Since packages are sent via untracked lettermail, we cannot trace packages once they have been mailed. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
